Registration

Competition team requirements

1. All teams must email online registration and mailed in the form with registration fee and audition DVD to Culture Shock, D.C. by the appointed deadline in order to be considered as a competitor.
2. All entries must be postmarked by April 1, 2009.
3. Audition tape (VHS or DVD) must be a minimum of 2 minutes.
4. Teams must consist of a minimum of 5 dancers.
   All entries must include a team registration fee to be considered as a competitor.
   Registration fee: $30 per dancer
   [In the event that a team is not accepted for competition, a maximum $5 per dancer will be retained from registration fee.]
5. Each dancer will receive a commemorative DVD.
6. Competition routine must be a between 5-6 minutes.
7. All music must be edited of profanity, on one track and in CD format. (Please bring two (2) marked copies to the competition.)
8. Payment will only be accepted in the form of cashier’s check or money order.
   NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS!
9. All teams will be notified by April 6, 2009.
