COMPETITION TEAM REQUIREMENTS

1. All teams must register online and have submitted the form with registration fee and audition tape to
Culture Shock, D.C. by the appointed deadline in order to be considered as a competitor.  First Place
Winner will receive $1000 cash prize.

2. All entries must be postmarked by April 8, 2008.

3. Audition tape (VHS or DVD) must be a minimum of 2 minutes.

4. Teams must consist of a minimum of 5 dancers and maximum of 30.

• All entries must include a team registration fee to be considered as a competitor.

Registration fee: $30 per dancer

[In the event that a team is not accepted for competition, a maximum $5 per dancer will be retained from registration fee.]

5. Each dancer will receive a commemorative T-shirt and DVD.

6. Competition routine must be a between 5-6 minutes.

7. All music must be edited of profanity, on one track and in CD format.  (Please bring two (2) marked copies to the
competition.) 

8. Payment will only be accepted in the form of cashier’s check or money order. NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS!

9. All teams will be notified within the first 2 weeks of April 2008.
